Description
Educational objective: Studying the course, students will acquire basic knowledge in the following areas of management: planning, organization, human resources, management, control and decision making. Mastering knowledge in these areas, students will acquire the necessary conditions for solving management problems of high complexity.
Course content
Theory classes:
Management in theory and practice. Management theory and practice development. The nature and content of management functions. Planning, organization, human potential management, control and decision making. Methods, principles and functions of management. Communication in management. Motivation in management. Management in times of crisis. Management of the future.
Practical training:
Preparation, development and defence of seminar paper in the subject areas covered by theory classes.
Educational outcomes: Mastering the skills in management and the ability of students to be independent in management decision-making. Students will gain theoretical and practical knowledge related to the following aspects of management: planning, organization, management, human resources management, control and decision making.
