Educational objective: Studying the course, students will gain insight into the importance of coordination between individual, organizational and social goals as a factor in minimizing the negative impact of the environment on the system. Mastering knowledge in human resource management, students will acquire the necessary conditions for improvement of performance, profits and organizational development, on strategic, ethical and socially responsible manner.

Human resources planning; Job analysis; Recruitment and selection of human resources. Motivating and rewarding; Employees education; Human resources advancement and promotion; Career; Stress; Fluctuations; Absenteeism; Selection of human resources; Recruitment of human resources; Monitoring and evaluation of job performance; Motivation of human resources; Determining the need for human resources education.
Practical training:
Preparation, development and defence of seminar paper in the subject areas covered by theory classes.
Educational outcomes: Students will learn the most important aspects of human resource management: method of recruitment, selection, motivation, payment (compensation), promotion, career development, and so on, all of which leads to the increase of competitiveness of an organization.
