Description
The educational goal of this course is to familiarize students with the theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship. The content of the course is, in line with this, divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part includes the following: The nature, characteristics and behavior of entrepreneurs; Forms of entrepreneurship; The nature and importance of entrepreneurship; The role of entrepreneurship in the economy and society; Entrepreneurial strategies; Innovation and entrepreneurship; Entrepreneurship and Small Business; Creating a new business venture; Creating a business plan; Financing new enterprise; Entrepreneurship and business development, development of entrepreneurship in large companies; Entrepreneurial orientation in the future. The practical part includes the development of a business plan, as an essential condition for the initiation and monitoring of entrepreneurial ventures.
Outcomes of this course are: acquiring knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, training students for independent research, search, valorization and decision-making in new business ventures, management of business ventures that have already developed.
