Description
1. Educational objectives:
To introduce students to technologies and systems for connecting parts and components to be mounted in the result and got functionally correct product.
2. Education Outcomes (Knowledge):
After completing the course and passing the exam, the student is qualified to perform the structuring of products, on the eve of the necessary procedures mergers and defines an optimal sequence of their performance. Then, he is qualified to make technological design procedures and systems for manual mechanized, robotic, and automated assembly operations, and a reconciliation of the individual elements in a complex system. Students are also able to assess the cost and time of operations.
3. Content / structure of the course:
Introduction to the Theory of assembly systems. Basic concepts and definition. Mounting position in the overall production process. Sizes that affect the assembly process. The influence of structure on the assembly process. DFA a methodology for assessing the suitability of the product for installation. Structuring the product. The analysis of the product and production program . Selection process variants assembly. Determination of the number and order of the intervention - the network diagram. The degree of division of labor. Determination of time and operations costs. Development of technological maps for each operation. Designing technology systems for mechanized hand robotic and automated assembly .
Selection of standard elements. Design of non-standard installation. Design of complex technological systems for installation. Selection of the material handling and storage. Shaping the spatial structure of the system installation.
