Description
Educational objective of this course is acquiring knowledge of the investment management process, as well as the application of these settings in modern business.
Course content is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part includes conceptual definition of investment, basic elements of the feasibility study, analysis of the elements of the feasibility study, analysis of the production plan, analysis of safety and environmental protection, market analysis, cost-benefit analysis of economic indicators, analysis of financial profitability ratios and the period of repayment. The practical part includes preparation of the feasibility study.
Educational outcomes: the acquired knowledge of investment management students will use to identify different market phenomena and to solve problems that have their origins in the theory and practice of modern organizations.
