Description
Educational objective of this course is acquiring knowledge in the field of change management and modern management methods and techniques, as well as the application of this knowledge in practice.
Course content is divided into two parts, theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part includes conceptual definition of change management, need for changes, and analysis of change management, the role of individuals in the process of change management, analysis of the concept of re-engineering, and change management model analysis. The practical part includes writing seminar paper, which aims at improving the student's knowledge; his/her work autonomy and improvement of technical terminology in written expression.
Educational outcomes: the acquired knowledge in the field of change management students will use to identify the various phenomena in management and to solve problems that have their origins in the theory and practice of contemporary organizations. Students will be able to work independently and in team, to solve problems independently, collectively and interactively, to establish a particular level of communication and to present the results of their work adequately.
