Description
Mastering oral communicative skills related to general English and English for special purposes i.e. business on advance level. The students should develop confidence and fluency in oral communication. They should also be able to transfer tasks directly to their own immediate environment, their home, their studies and their work. Topics that are covered are as follows: business manners, cultural diversity and socializing (building a relationship, culture and entertainment), telephoning (preparing a call, leaving and receiving messages, making arrangements), presentations (planning, techniques, preparing, describing, summarizing), meetings (effective meetings, chairing, and participation), negotiations (types, preparation).
