Sustainable development of urban areas is one of the major problems of modern civilization. The ecological aspect is the dominant factor in achieving sustainability. The importance of ecological aspect has developed a need for an International Conference "Ecology of Urban Areas" 2016 which has the goal to integrate scientific, technological and experimental knowledge in this field.

The Conference rank (M33) is based on criteria of Ministry of Education and Science of Republic of Serbia.
The top ranging papers will be recommended for publishing in SCI listed journals.
